As Greenway Health Chief of Staff, Frank supports corporate strategic planning, drives cross-functional programs, and manages the office of the CEO. Overseeing the centralized shared services of the Transformation PMO, the Business Intelligence group and digital automation, Frank is central to Greenway’s strategic initiatives and organizational alignment. A respected leader, he is passionate about fostering collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and has an intense focus on long-term strategies for growth.
Frank joined Greenway in 2019, bringing with him two decades of experience in driving operational excellence and executive leadership with a growth-focused mindset.
Prior, Frank was a Senior Vice President at Conduent where he guided the firm through transformational change, reengineering business and common operating models to position the company for measurable long-term growth.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the State University of New York at Brockport and an MBA from Saint Peter’s University. He is a veteran who earned a Naval Officer commission at the NROTC unit at the University of Rochester.
In his free time, Frank enjoys tennis, home projects, restoring his 70’s muscle car, and family time. He is active in his community as a Board Member, Outreach Program Co-Chair, and volunteer at his church.
