Greenway Analytics provides insight into practice performance so providers can improve care where patients need it most.

TAMPA, Florida, Oct. 31, 2017 — Greenway Health, a leading health information technology and services provider, today released Greenway Analytics to help physicians better capture and use practice data to improve patient care and align with emerging value-based care models.

Greenway Analytics, embedded in the company’s latest release of Prime Suite, turns practice data into actionable information, helping providers cut administrative costs, support clinical decisions, and improve patient care coordination — all essential elements in today’s payment systems that reward healthcare value over patient volume.

Failure to comply with value-based incentive programs, such as the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS), will soon lead to significant financial penalties for practices that accept Medicare, Medicaid, or both.

Greenway recently announced it will converge its three electronic health record and practice management platforms — Intergy, Prime Suite, and SuccessEHS — into a single, state-of-the-art solution, and analytics plays a vital role.

“We’ll continue to create and enhance solutions that will genuinely delight customers by transforming the way they work. Our customers want to use tools like Greenway Analytics so they can thrive, not just survive. We want to help our customers get back to why they fell in love with medicine in the first place.”
Scott Zimmerman, CEO, Greenway Health

Greenway customers using Intergy and SuccessEHS also have financial and clinical analytics tools available to help them.

Using the Greenway Analytics dashboard, Prime Suite customers can now see where they stand in meeting specific quality measures and performance metrics for value-based programs, such as MIPS, Medicaid Meaningful Use, and Advanced Alternative Payment Models (APMs), including the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) program.

Users can also easily identify unmet measures, find and fix clinical errors in diagnosis or data entry, and more easily identify gaps in care. With greater visibility into current performance on a patient, provider, and practice level, healthcare organizations can avoid financial penalties and may even qualify for financial incentives with minimal disruption and maximized workflow efficiencies.

“Greenway Analytics gives us so much data,” said Kenderia Perry, project manager for North Central Arkansas Medical Associates. “The ability to compare providers and export graphs and visualizations — with metrics and data included — is very valuable.”

As part of its ongoing commitment to empower its customers to succeed with new value-based models and programs, Greenway Health continually gathers customer insights on the pain points and challenges most practices experience when complying with these programs.

“Our customers’ voices are the single most essential element to our continued innovation,” Zimmerman said. “Through one-on-one interactions, feedback from our user exchanges, and ideas submitted through our customer community portal, we are learning where our customers’ priorities lie and how they can benefit the most.”

In addition to Greenway Analytics, tools and services such as Greenway Care Coordination Services, Greenway Patient, and others provide a cohesive suite of integrated ambulatory solutions for providers’ greatest challenges. Combining these and other Greenway solutions creates a truly transformative approach to healthcare technology and practice success.
