Transitioning to a new EHR platform can feel overwhelming. At Greenway, you know exactly what to expect during the transition process and can rest assured you have a team to make the process seamless. 

Now you have a team 

To transition to Greenway, you are assigned a project manager to help manage the implementation process and a dedicated Implementation Consultant (IC) focused on providing guidance, consultation, configuration of your system, and staff training.  

Weekly status calls will be scheduled throughout the implementation process to address project progress, updates, and review any items to ensure a seamless transition. 

Additionally, with Greenway’s conversion services, a specialist will work directly with you to analyze your current data, design a conversion plan, and transfer your data with minimal loss. With Greenway, you have a team. 

Tailored training for your unique practice 

Once initial server staging, hardware installation and EDI enrollments are complete, the Greenway Implementation Consultants remotely lead training sessions to all staff members. The training includes administrative setup, clinical setup, billing, and more.  

Our unique training program is a combination of our Virtual Interactive Academy (VIA) sessions and 1:1 sessions led by your Implementation Consultants. These training sessions are based on best practices and tailored to your practice size, workflows, and scheduled based on the availability of your practice’s staff.  

Onsite expertise for a flawless transition 

An Implementation Consultant will be onsite during the week of go live for support. Although your staff has been fully trained, our consultant(s) will also use this week to continue to train and answer any questions.  

Your ongoing partnership for success 

Now that your system is up and running, your dedicated Implementation Consultant will remain your point of contact for up to eight weeks after going live. This ensures optimal use of Intergy in your practice. After that time, you will be transitioned to the support team and our My Greenway portal full of additional training opportunities or communication on upgrades.  

We also welcome you to join our client feedback network through our Early Adopter Program, Client Advocacy Board, or Functional Advisory Board all serving to ensure any product features best serve you and your patients.
