As Chief Client Experience Officer, Christina oversees operations for Client Support, Professional Services, and IT at Greenway. She is focused on driving positive client experiences through teamwork, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Since joining Greenway in 2011, Christina has held leadership positions in Strategy, Product Management, and Procurement. Prior to that, she led the Strategy team at Sage North America and used client-driven innovation to build new lines of business for Newell Rubbermaid, Danaher, and Notion Music.
Christina received her bachelor’s in chemistry from Knox College and her MBA from Indiana University. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, and kayaking.
